The library's total book holdings are 14 221 volumes in the circulation and reserved sections for elementary, academy, and college. There are special collections of Ellen G. White books, the Theology Department, and Pastor Barizo collections. It has different sections: Circulation, Filipiniana, Reserved, General Reference, Periodicals, Academy Sections. The library is currently subscribing to 28 titles of journals, magazines, and newspapers for different levels and courses offered by the school. There is a separate collection for elementary housed in lower-grade classrooms supervised by the assigned teacher.
